The Uganda Parents Association of Uganda (UPAU) met last Saturday at Tigeress Hotel in Kampala to share ideas on how to fight cases where their daughters get married to total douche-bags instead of responsible men. What emerged from the closed door meeting is a very stringent application process that all Ugandan men have to go through in order to marry anyone’s daughter. UCN got a copy of the letter and here it is below:
